We don’t ask any questions while taking the product return. Our customer service department is there for you 24hr to guide you if any problem arises due to your order. Please examine your order as soon as possible upon receipt and notify us in response to any damage or wrong.
It is considered if the order is shipped to you incorrectly, as the result of an error on our part, we will take quick action to correct our mistake. Before returning any item, please contact our customer service centre to return material and shipping instructions. We will always try our best to fulfil requests to return orders. Return accepted for the item ordered should be initiated the next day from the product delivered.
Suppose any customer wants to return the product, they need to request the return policy the next day. If the return is accepted, then the refund will be done within 15 to 20 working dates. Even if it is undamaged and the original packing condition should have been tampered with, the amount will be refunded without any problem. But users need to bear the cost of return.
Replacement Policy:
In case of any destruction of goods, we will replace the goods upon initiating replacement within 3 to 5 days of delivery. After returning the damaged goods, we will replace the items within 10 to 15 working days.
Cancellation Policy:
In this case, cancellation of order before dispatching and within four days of the order given, the amount of cancelled product will be transferred to your account, which you provided within 16 to 20 business days.
